Wellbeing Activities

Hi everyone

I hope you are all ok.  I decided to learn something new while I am at home and have started yoga classes. Its fun to learn something new and very good for your wellbeing.  I see that Sam has uploaded Zumba and yoga for you all - check out her videos.

I'm uploading 2 activities this week - one is thinking about things that make you smile and the other is a game you can play with your family thinking about favourite things.  Why not try making your own track game to play?
