A Registration form will need to be filled out in order for us to take children. The form needs to be fully completed including all permission/consent questions and contact details.

Please return completed forms are to the school office or the allsorts team in cherry hall.

When booking sessions please login to MCAS and allsorts is found in the wraparound section for you to add the correct sessions and make payment.
