Fresh Start Catering
Fresh Start are big believers that with food, you get out what you put in. By using locally sourced produce as much as possible, as well as prioritising products that are in season and at their freshest, we ensure that only the best is going into our meals.
Through our food, we hope to not only provide our schools with a dramatically better set of menus, but also educate young children on the importance of healthy eating. We like to think that through the quality of our food the children have a memorable lunchtime experience – in other words, tasting and understanding the difference.
Fresh Start was founded in 2007 with a vision to provide primary school children with better food that was healthy, fresh and nutritious. Our team have over 15 years’ experience in the Catering Sector, they have a wealth of experience and knowledge and are able to advise on all aspects of school dinners, be it designing a new kitchen to improving the look of the dining room.
We prepare all our meals freshly, on site, on a daily basis. We cook ‘from scratch’, which means we make everything from raw ingredients – even our freshly baked bread. We pride ourselves on making sure that not only does our food taste great but it’s good for you too. We use local suppliers where possible.
We are passionate about integrating into your school and the wider community and regularly collaborate with schools to provide services ranging from staff lunches and PTA activities to larger scale events. We believe in working closely with our schools to ensure maximum uptake, how we do this is tailored to your school’s needs.
Meal Manager is a bespoke system built exclusively for Fresh Start. We are able to offer secure, online payment using SagePay. Users are able to choose and pay for these meals easily and conveniently.
