A t Christ the Sower Ecumenical Primary School, our Early Years Foundation Stage offers a nurturing, ambitious and inspiring start to school life, where every child is known, valued and encouraged to flourish.

We are proud that Early Years outcomes have been consistently above national averages for the past four years. High expectations, skilled teaching and carefully planned learning ensure children make strong progress from their starting points and leave Early Years ready to learn and fully prepared for the Key Stage 1 curriculum.

Children develop independence, positive learning behaviours and emotional resilience, supported by a balance of purposeful play and high-quality adult-led teaching in rich indoor and outdoor environments.
